Classes start tomorrow on my new course at Cal, Freedom of Speech and the Press. A rich vein of new material to work with, e.g., broadcast "indecency," violent videogames, the Occupy movement, funeral protestors, and so on. Classroom is 101 Barker (in the neuroscience building!?)
